A Cordobesa variety, recently in high demand for hedgerow cultivation due to its dual suitability for both oil and greening. It has a bitter and spicy oil, and its oleic acid and polyphenols give its oil high stability. For greening, it is a highly prized olive for its pulp-stone separation and good size. It also has a high resistance to fruit spoilage.
