A very complete variety selected from the UCO-IFAPA improvement program, it is a cross between Picual x Arbequina. It has a very early production start, being the earliest variety for hedge harvesting. It also has an excellent oil with high levels of oleic acid and polyphenols, its productivity is high and constant, like Arbequina. It is very resistant to tuberculosis, cold and leaf litter, and adapts very well to the hedge system due to its low vigor, similar to Arbosana.
