1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
CORDOPLANT, S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

What do we use your personal data for?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations intended for processing are:

  • Sending commercial communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

  • Conducting market research and statistical analysis.

  • Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact forms provided on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.

  • Sending the online newsletter with news, offers, and promotions related to our activity.

Why can we process your personal data?
Processing is legitimized under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.

  • By legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: conducting market studies, statistical analyses, processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, or as required by legal obligations. Once no longer needed, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Who will we share your personal data with?
No personal data will be shared with third parties except when necessary for the execution of the processing purposes, with service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has confidentiality and data processing agreements as required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.

  • Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, and to limit or object to processing.

  • Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, expressly and freely consent that their data are necessary to process their request. Providing information in other fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are accurate and agrees to communicate any modifications.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory to provide an optimal service. If all data are not provided, the information and services offered may not fully meet the USER's needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for processing personal data and with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply GDPR and LOPDGDD security measures to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise those rights.
